I hereby authorize IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC., (“IDEAL”) to use and release photographs, video recordings or other images taken of me for all IDEAL-related promotional materials, marketing efforts and productions without restrictions, including prints, video, broadcast formats, or other formats, in addition to the use of my name, statements, endorsements and likeness that may serve to assist IDEAL with its promotional and marketing efforts. I irrevocably authorize IDEAL to use, edit, publish, reproduce, or distribute these images in any form and that IDEAL may share these images or video recordings with the general public via social media, company website, networking sites, printed materials (including brochures, newsletters, posters, tradeshow events, etc.) for purposes related to IDEAL’s promotional and marketing efforts. Additionally, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product where my likeness appears. I understand and agree that any photographs/negatives, film, or videotapes taken by IDEAL using my likeness will become the sole property of IDEAL with full right of disposition in any manner whatsoever. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I am freely and willingly consenting to the terms of this release, and that I will receive no compensation or future compensation for having consented to the use and publication of my images. I hereby release IDEAL, and its contractors, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use, reproduction and publications of the images.
